You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations made via the dashboard are processed immediately.
  • Access: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Renewal: Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically for the next cycle.

2 Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for partial usage or for the remaining time in a billing period. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.

  • 7-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay).
  • Technical Issues: If a technical error results in an incorrect charge or double billing, we will issue a refund immediately upon verification.
